The weather was unseasonably warm this week in the Flagstaff area, so I decided to head up for a final hike in the woods before the weather turned colder. I hiked to Kendrick Peak using the Pumpkin and Bull Basin trails for a loop. It was about 12 miles round trip and over 3000' elevation gain. Much of this area was burned in 2000, so the landscape was not always the most inspiring, although the view were quiet open without any trees.
